2. Services Overview

The Clarity Playground™ provides:

• Free resources including The Clarity Archetype Quiz
• Digital products and programs
• 1:1 coaching services (The Clarity Catalyst Experience™)
• Educational content and email communications

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

• Use our trademarks, including "The Clarity Playground™," "The Clarity Catalyst Experience™," "Decision-Making Hype Girl™," or any related branding without authorization

5. Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via the methods indicated at checkout.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and coaching services:

• Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase.
• The Clarity Catalyst Experience™: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the kickoff session. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds are not available.

6. Coaching Services - The Clarity Catalyst Experience™

Application and Acceptance

The Clarity Catalyst Experience™ is available by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Client Responsibilities

As a coaching client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling
• Actively engage in the coaching process
• Complete any agreed-upon exercises or reflections
• Communicate openly and honestly during sessions

Coach Responsibilities

As your coach, I commit to:

• Providing guidance and support within the scope of the program
• Maintaining confidentiality of our sessions
• Showing up prepared and present for our scheduled sessions
• Responding to voice messages within the agreed-upon timeframe

Not a Substitute for Professional Services

Important: The Clarity Catalyst Experience™ is a coaching program focused on business clarity and decision-making. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult with a licensed mental health professional.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we are committed to providing valuable guidance and support, we cannot guarantee specific results from our programs or services. Your results will depend on many factors including your effort, commitment, and individual circumstances.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples used on our website represent individual experiences and results, which may not be typical. Your results may vary.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except in cases where:

• You provide written permission to share
• Disclosure is required by law
• There is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clarity Playground™ and its owner, Ty Raquail, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Clarity Playground™, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.

• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
